kkk Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the kkk platform ("kkk", "we", "our") and the individual using that platform ("user", "member", "you").

By using the kkk website (https://kkk-bet.cam), mobile application, or any digital service under this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all kkk services — sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, card games, and any new categories added in the future. Specific games or promotions may have separate terms, which will apply alongside these main Terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

2.1 Eligibility to Register

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account at kkk. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses cancelled. Whether the originally deposited amount is refunded will be decided upon review.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. To change any information, a request must be submitted through customer service.

4.1 Security and Password

It is your own responsibility to keep your kkk account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are strongly advised not to share your account details with anyone else. All transactions made by any third party using your account details will be the responsibility of the account holder.

4.2 Account Closure or Suspension

kkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation of multiple account operation

4.3 Voluntary Account Closure

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met
• If identity verification has not been completed, additional checks may apply to large withdrawal amounts

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Under exceptional circumstances, it may take somewhat longer.

5.3 Transaction Verification

kkk monitors all financial transactions. If an unusual transaction is detected, additional verification may be required and processing may be temporarily put on hold.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• A member may claim each bonus only once (unless the specific promotion states otherwise)
• The minimum deposit required to claim a bonus is ৳100
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• kkk reserves the right to change bonus terms or discontinue bonus offers at any time

6.3 Terms for Specific Promotions

The Weekly Deposit Festival, Friday Reload Bonanza, Slot Fun Bonus, and other promotions each have their own detailed terms published on the bonus page. Those terms are also considered part of these main Terms.

7.1 Betting Limits

Separate minimum and maximum bet limits are set for different games and betting categories at kkk. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or event page. While a bonus is active, bet amounts must stay within the set limits; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.

7.2 Cancelled or Void Bets

A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• An event is cancelled or abandoned
• A clear data entry error is detected
• Evidence of fraudulent betting activity is found

For cancelled bets, the original stake will be returned to the account.

7.3 Result Determination

For sports betting results, official scoreboards, information from international sports bodies, and kkk's own verification process are used. If any dispute arises over a result, the decision of the kkk authority will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkk platform:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts
2. Deliberately betting through multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers (bonus abuse)
3. Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
4. Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform for dishonest purposes
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose
6. Attempting to access other members' accounts or stealing their information
7. Carrying out harmful attacks on kkk's servers or network
8. Betting on behalf of someone else or operating an account using a third party's funds

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, all balances and bonuses in the relevant account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkk platform — software, design, graphics, text, logos — is either the intellectual property of kkk or third-party licensed content. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

9.2 Mobile Application

kkk's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. Using software downloaded from any third-party source may create security risks, and kkk will not be held responsible in such cases.

9.3 Cookies and Tracking

10.1 Service Availability

kkk aims to provide uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances. kkk will not be held responsible for any losses occurring during such times.

10.2 Internet Connection

If an internet connection is lost or a device malfunctions during betting or gameplay, any completed transactions will remain valid. kkk reserves the right to make decisions regarding any incomplete bets caused by connection issues.

10.3 Third-Party Services

kkk is not responsible for the quality or availability of services provided by game suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others) or payment processors. However, the kkk support team will assist in resolving such issues.
